• SML-DFE-12 is one tank electric fryer with ETL & NSF approved.
• Thermostat set temperature for frying and Heating indicator shows the heating situation.
• The temperature protect device can cut off power automatically when oil temperature is over the limited.

o   (reset the devoice by hand)

• When lifting the electric box, the micro-switch works at once to cuts off power to make sure personal safety and in case of electric heating tube being dry burned.
• Frying basket handle can be folder and dismantled. Stainless-steel moving oil tank has calibration oil level mark for easy operated.
• Electric heating tube has protecting board easy to draw out of bottom box with the electric box and separate from oil pot for easy clean electric heating tube and oil pot.
