With a powerful, custom-built, one-horsepower motor and gear-driven, high-torque transmission, this unit mixes products at three fixed speeds to the desired quality. Made with a cast iron body, the unit includes a 30-quart stainless steel mixing bowl, spiral dough hook, stainless steel wire whip and flat beater. It also has front-mounted digital controls with a 60-minute timer to assure mixing consistency.
