Description

This unit has a powerful custom-built two-horsepower motor and gear-driven high-torque transmission, and can mix the products at three fixed speeds. It includes a 40-quart stainless steel mixing bowl, spiral dough hook, stainless steel wire whip and flat beater. It also has a stainless steel removable bowl guard with a built-in ingredient chute that makes measuring easier for your recipes.
